Rabbi Georgette put a lot of effort & research into the Hindu aspects of the ceremony (we didn't have a co-officiant), and I appreciated how her words in the ceremony spoke to the commonality between Hinduism & Judaism as religious philosophies, but also, more broadly, the commonality between all of us as human beings.  It was beautifully done.  On a side note, many senior members of my (Hindu) family complimented her for what turned out to be the first time they really understood the meaning of the Sanskrit rites in a traditional Hindu ceremony -- a big win for us all!
